We are the controller of the personal data processed through this website and our services.

2. What data do we process and why?

Quote requests and contact

Through the quote form, by email or by phone we receive your name, company name, email address, phone number, the property address, the service and date you want and your message. We use this data to answer your request, prepare a quote and plan and carry out the job. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract and performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Client records and invoicing

For ongoing and completed jobs we keep contact and invoicing details. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

Website statistics

Only if you consent in the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics to measure anonymously how the website is used (pages visited, device, approximate region, button clicks). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

YouTube or Vimeo videos

YouTube or Vimeo videos only load after you consent to “External media”. Those services may then process data under their own privacy policies.

Free tools

The photo and video tools run entirely in your browser. The files you choose are not sent to us or to anyone else. For the video tool, your browser loads a processing program once from the jsDelivr network; as with any website, jsDelivr then sees your IP address, but not your video.

Property footage

When filming with drones and FPV we focus on the property and its surroundings. We avoid recognisable people and shots of neighbouring private spaces. On request we blur number plates, faces or house numbers that still appear recognisably. Legal basis: our legitimate interest and that of our client in showing the property (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Who do we share data with?

We never sell your data. We work with these service providers (processors), who act only on our instructions:

• Wix.com – website hosting and processing of the quote form.
• Google – email (Google Workspace) and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
• Our accountant and invoicing software, for the legally required records.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, this is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

4. How long do we keep data?

• Quote requests that did not lead to a job: up to 2 years after the last contact.
• Client and invoicing data: 7 years, as accounting law requires.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction, the right to object and the right to data portability. Where you gave consent, you can always withdraw it. Send your request to info@elevateimmovisuals.com; we reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as a secure connection (https) and limited access to data.
